7 Jan - 11 Feb	£440	Bed Linen and Duvets provided - included in the rates. Towels and beach towels are not provided. The cost for the first £10 of the Electricity is included in the Rates (key meter) per week. Central heating costs are included during peak season, heating supplement of £30 per week in low season. A starter pack of fuel for the Open Fire is provided (additional coal can be bought locally). If you would like to bring a dog please contact us in advance to discuss.

Deposits and Booking Procedure:
Each booking is confirmed upon receipt of a £100 deposit, with the balance due on the first day of the month of stay. An additional £100 deposit is required on arrival to cover for breakages - returned when leaving property.
